Including some of the earliest cocktails recorded. Lime or Lemon juice are major ingredients. Many classic sours contain Egg White, but we use a vegan foamer at Nautilus Lounge.
This gin sour variant takes Bombay Sapphire, and laces it with Maraschino, floral Crème de Violette and lemon juice.
We add a hint of ginger and to the classic Disaronno Amaretto/Lemon Juice blend, punchy and lip-smacking.
French Calvados, Lemon juice, Demerara, and Angostura bitters combine for a thoroughly delicious sour variant.
At Nautilus we use Tanqueray Gin, with flavoursome Green Chartreuse, bittersweet Luxardo Maraschino; and lots of fresh Lime juice, and we reckon it’s the last word!
Perhaps the granddaddy of all cocktails? We use Tanqueray Rangpur, a little Lime cordial and lots of freshly squeezed lime juice.
It couldn't be simpler, but this mix of Lemon, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Demerara and Bitters is a perennial favourite.
Yes: it IS a sour! Our Margarita uses Cazcabel’s Reposado Tequila, Cointreau, and lots of fresh Lime. Orange Bitters and Agave syrup give tang; like a glass of Mexican Sun!

We serve 7 parts Tanqueray to 1 part Martini Vermouth.
