The risks associated with Coronavirus have led to some adjustments in how we will operate in future, in order to prioritise your safety while visiting.
Upon your arrival, we will require the contact details of everyone in your group in accordance with the Government's Track and Trace system. We will also take your temperature via Infrared and give you sanitiser for your hands. If you have been outside for a cigarette / phone call, you will be required to sanitise your hands again upon re-entry. There is also a hand sanitiser station just outside of the Unisex restroom, as well as throughout the venue. If you can't find one, just ask a member of staff.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team are incredibly important to us, everyone at Nautilus Lounge should expect a safe and clean environment. Which is why we have launched a new rigorous cleaning protocol to give you extra peace of mind so you can visit with confidence.
As befits the cocktail experience, we will permanently remain table-service only. Being in a basement with limited ventilation we will all be keeping our masks on, and asking visitors to show similar respect for the wellbeing of the crew and of one another!
If you can wear a mask, we expect you to do so; and if you can't, we at least require you not to mingle or wander within the venue.
We will continue to temperature check arrivals. The Track and Trace system seems to be facing redundancy, but whilst you have the app, we'll ask that you check in.
We will still adhere to the "rule of 6" for now.
